Category: Main -> About Bridgerland MeadowsQuestionAnswerDo you have a model home I can visit? Yes, as a matter of fact we have one featuring the Cache Style of townhome.
It is staffed Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm., Saturday 12pm-5pm. Realtors are available 12-5 daily for home tours and to answer questions about the properties. Call Scott Swenson at 435-770-9333 or Sharon Andersen at 435-755-7829 to walk you through the homes and explain in detail the features and options.
The Cache Model home is located at 502 W. 1570 N. #105. Our sales office is there also.
Many times, staff will be on site and not in the office when you stop by, however, enter the homes and call to let them know you are on site, or call in advance for a scheduled showing. Back to top
Do the townhouses come with appliances?Absolutely, they come with efficient Energy Star quality appliances. All homes include Range, Dishwasher, Disposal, Over the Range Microwave, Central Vac and can even come with a Washer/Dryer, and Fridge if you would like. With advanced planning, gas appliances can be accommodated. Back to top
Can we pick our colors?Absolutely, you can pick your colors or choose one of our Interior Design packages that have been put together! But...You must hurry before the unit is complete to pick your own colors. Back to top
What is the square footage of each townhouse?The Bridger styles average over 1350 square feet. and the Cache styles up to 1600 square feet. Plus...an oversized two car garage with room for workbench and storage. All rooms of our homes are VERY spacious. The Wasatch style is about 1480 square feet. Back to top
What is EARNEST MONEY? and how much is required?Earnest Money is basically a down payment that will be applied to the purchase price at time of closing. It shows that you are sincere about the purchase to the sellers.
Earnest Money can be refundable under certain situations based on inspections and other stipulations. If you have further questions on Earnest Money, contact Scott Swenson, or Sharon Andersen, our on-site representatives.
The Developer has asked that Buyer's deposit $1000.00 in Earnest Money when making an offer. Also, if the townhome has an extensive amount of upgrades and alterations requested by the buyers, the Earnest Money may be increased at the request of the Developer. This increase may be waived if you as a buyer obtain your loan through one of our preferred lenders. Back to top
What about parking?Every Townhouse Owner has two parking places insider their garage. In addition, parking spaces for guests are available in the various parking lots throughout the community. There will also be some available garage and storage units built on the southwest corner of the property. Back to top
What is the best way to get to the Townhouses currently?Bridgerland Meadows is at the intersection of 1400 N. and 400 W. Access 1400 N. from 600 W. or Main St. in Logan, Utah.

What will the parks include?Upon completion, the parks will include things such as playground equipment, benches, picnic tables, and other amenities. There will be ample grass areas for just running around. Through out Bridgerland Meadows there will be nice sidewalks for walking, jogging or other fun activities as well. The main walking trail also includes outdoor exercise equipment. Back to top
What about the H.O.A. dues...what do they include?HOA dues are currently $65/Month and include all common area maintenance (lawn, tree, park, parking lots, water, exterior building insurance, snow removal reserves, and much more). These are currently the only assessments from the HOA. Back to top
